Scope and Contents

This collection includes correspondence, event files, promotional material, membership information, and a nearly complete run of meeting minutes documenting the mission and activities of the Augustana Hospital Auxiliary.  The collection is complemented by yearbooks from Augustana Hospital School of Nursing in Chicago.

Scope and Contents The Linné Monument collection contains records relating to the statue honoring Carl von Linné and includes: a history of the monument by Selma Jacobson, biographical records for Linné, records related to the planning and erection of the Linné monument in Lincoln Park, its relocation to the University of Chicago, and records related to May Celebrations. Scope and Contents

The records of the Svithiod Singing Club include meeting minutes, constitution and bylaws, membership and financial records, correspondence, programs, music, and clippings.  Also included are bulletins and publications issued by the club, including Svithiod Life.
